yes do eat food this is a very basic human need and your brain needs the energy. if you do not eat you shall have a difficult
time processing thoughts, making decisions, and you shall be too irritable.
get enough sleep this is as important as eating enough. if no sleep, then you will have no energy and your brain will not work.
if you are exhausted in the morning, you probably did not get enough sleep!
stay hydrated! it helps your brain to stop buzzing all the time. also, one time i got hospitalized for being too dehydrated and
it cost a lot of money.
have a set amount of time for doing homework, preferably slightly longer than it actually takes to complete your assignments. use
the extra time for taking notes or getting caught up on readings.
during or after school, eat candy or something tasty to build a good association. this also works after doing homework. i do not
have candy any other time.

each of my subjects. i do not have egg nog any other time.
do not do some things until after completing assignments. for example, do not watch a show until after completing everything.
during free time on campus, try not to zone out or scroll social media. do something to stay focused, like reading.
do try to have a nice outfit at school so that you are confident and not self-conscious. you cannot focus on school if you are
worried about your outfit. this has been my experience, anyway.
