hello welcome to my forever world! i did not start it on august 27 i started it on august 24, apparently at 3:48pm. as i mentioned before, all of my worlds are forever worlds
because i do not plan to delete any of them! i even made it so my saves folders get backed up. anyway, this world is ESPECIALLY my forever world, which is interesting so far since
it is not exactly my favorite world, at least not yet. my favorite is probably my alpha world because i love the bright colors and it is also way less stressful than my other
worlds! i also love playing on my multiplayer server obviously, but it is especially fun when my friends are online, which is only every once in a while. i occasionally play on
other servers, such as hypixel (bed wars is so funnn) and to be honest i like multiplayer way more than singleplayer. i think the problem with the multiplayer is that there are so
many things i could do to expand our base or make it nicer, but i don't feel like doing it. also, i am slightly tempted to move to another base AGAIN but that would be insane
because we already have such a nice base in the middle of nowhere. i KIND OF want to go back to spawn, because then you get way more visitors, but you also get griefed way more, and
there are less diamonds because people already took them. i will have to consider this.
anyway!! my forever world is also fun! the first thing i did was make tools and a house ofc, and i got blown up by creepers and i drowned while trying to kill a bunch of salmon.
that was not fun. well, creepers were fun but drowning was not fun because i got stuck under the ice ;-;. i spawned in a snowy plains biome, which is a nice biome. it is extremely
beautiful and cinematic with shaders turned on, but slightly depressing with no shaders. a long time ago, i had a peaceful survival world in a spruce forest (not snowy) and i built
a spruce house from a tutorial and i had a fox named pumpkin who tried to rescue me from a skeleton (i guess sometimes i switched it back to not-peaceful). anyway, this biome
reminds me of that time. it also reminds me of when i was super obsessed with finding an ice spikes biome since it is super rare. well, this world has at least one ice spikes biome
not too far away from spawn! i had been exploring and i was probably 500 or 1000 blocks away from my base and i saw them and i was shocked!! it has been a super long time since i
cared about rare biomes at ALL but it was exciting to find them naturally, even if maybe they are not as rare anymore. apparently certain background music is affected by what biome
you are in?? one of my favorite ones is biome fest but it only plays in creative apparently. i also really love shores and i feel like it plays every single time i log into a game.
also subwoofer lullaby is amazing obviously. so nostalgic. it's always strange when i'm playing one of the old versions and a c418 song starts playing because it makes me think
stuff like "wait i thought there was this song only in the new versions?" which is obviously not true so idk why i always think that! and then sometimes i think some of the new
background songs are actually original ones. especially labyrinthine for some reason. ok that was my opinions about the music!
so after making my house, i made my mine, and i got a ton of coal and copper from it. just from 1 mining trip! i'm still using the copper to make tools even a few days later. then
i went to get a bed which meant mining until i found iron, and travelling until i found a biome with sheep. it's super strange having a bed, because there were no beds in alpha or
beta, and i barely sleep in my multiplayer world because either everyone is sleeping or no one is sleeping, and sleeping is pointless either way unless it's to set your respawn
point. so then it's getting to be night and i realize i can control the time of day and it is crazy. once i had my bed, i wanted to start an animal farm, and the only animals
that spawn in snowy plains are bunny rabbits and polar bears. i went to a village and harvested carrots and i also tamed 2 cats! super cute! besides that, i got some potatoes, sugar
cane, oak saplings, a birch sapling (but the tree i grew with it didn't drop any saplings), berry bushes, pumpkins, and 4 chicken eggs (none of them hatched, sadly). when i planted
the berry bushes, i made sure they were covered with trapdoors so that none of the cats will get stuck in it. i made a rabbit cage with 3 rabbits in it. that's pretty much
everything i did so far!
